Nurul Yaqin, the cofounder and the CEO of Ben Hokk, is a prominent figure in the property business for more than 20 years. With his passion and love to property business, he initially joined a USA franchised property agency in Indonesia. Afterwards, he joined a property project of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) before he held his brilliant career in a biggest go public property company in Indonesia for six years. In the course of his exquisite career, Nurul Yaqin established Ben Hokk company in 2003.
Born in Jepara, Central Java in June 25, 1966, Yaqin finished his primary and secondary education in his hometown then earned his bachelor degree from UIN Jakarta. He continued his education in Panangian School of Property and finally gained both Master of Management and Master of Business Administration from Swiss German University and Jena University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
Nurul Yaqin is also an active figure in a professional organization, as since 2004 to 2014, for three consecutive periods he served as the Head of DPD AREBI (Indonesian Association of Real Estate Brokers) Banten province. Currently, Yaqin performs as the third Head of Central DPD AREBI in 2015-2017 periods and 2018 – 2021 as Vice President of Central Board Of AREBI, in 2016 – 2019 as Chairman of the Middle House Compartment of Real Estate Indonesia Association (REI). In addition to being active in professional organization, Yaqin is actively involved in social and religious organizations in local and central levels. The active CEO is also managing an educational foundation at present.
